There is a permanent guardian living on the property in a separate staff house for 24 hour security; and a private tuk-tuk is on call for local trips around the Ao Nang area (9 am – 10pm).
Baan Santi is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 4km from Ao Nang Beach and adjacent to Baan Zoe, so the two can be rented together for larger groups.
