Q: How do I reserve my Krabi Villa?
Krabi villas can be booked using our secure online payment system - we accept all major credit cards without charge. All bookings are promptly followed with an individual confirmation which we use to gather any specific requirements to ensure your Krabi Villa holiday is truly memorable.
Q: Can I pay a deposit or must I pay the full amount to reserve my Krabi Villa?
Guests who wish to confirm their reservation must pay a 50% deposit - this amount will be confirmed by email. You may pay this deposit by direct bank transfer, credit card on our secure online payment page, or via PayPal. The balance is payable 2 weeks prior to stay and we send a gentle email reminder for the remainder of the balance on your balance due date.
Q: How safe is it to pay the deposit online?
We use a hosted Internet Payment Solution provided by Siam Commercial Bank to process online credit card payments safely and securely. When you make a payment using your credit card you are transferred directly to Siam Commercial Bank's secure online server, which encrypts all you personal information & credit card details on an industry standard 128-bit SSL connection. Only once your payment has been successfully completed are you returned to our website – Krabi Villa do not store or process any of your credit card details.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Delta.
Q: What currencies do you accept for online payments?
We only accept Thai Baht.
Q: Can I cancel my reservation?
You may cancel your reservation, however, a cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will be incur a cancellation fee of 30%. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before you are due to arrive, you will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. Unfortunately, if you fail to provide notice of cancellation or do not show, we will be unable to provide a refund.
Q: Is service included?
All our nightly rates include a 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
Q: Are there any additional bills to pay?
No, all services including water, electricity, maid and tuk tuk are already included in the nightly rate.
Q: Is there a minimum length of stay?
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights which rises to 7 nights during Chinese New Year and 10 nights in Peak Season (15 Dec – 25 Jan) Please see our ‘Book and Pay’ page for further information.
Q: How far are the villas from Krabi airport ?
Krabi International airport is only 30 minutes away by car. We provide complimentary transportation, both from the airport to the villa upon arrival and back to the airport again, for your return flight home.
Q: How do I get to my Krabi Villa?
Although there an increasing number of direct flights to Krabi International Airport, if you are travelling from abroad then you are most likely to arrive in Bangkok. You can book an internal flight from Bangkok to Krabi, which takes just over an hour or, alternatively you can travel by bus.
Q: How do I get from Krabi airport/bus station to my holiday villa?
We provide complimentary transportation, both from the airport to the villa upon arrival and back to the airport for your return flight home.
Q: How close are the villas to the beach?

All of our villas are located close to major tourist resorts and beaches – where the distance to the beach is too far to walk, guests can make use of our personal tuk tuk (small minivan) service that provides complimentary transportation around the local area.
Q: How close are the villas to the nearest town?

All of our villas are located close to popular tourist resorts and within easy reach of the provincial capital, Krabi Town with its extensive range of amenities. Guests can make use of our personal tuk tuk (small minivan) service that provides complimentary transportation around the local area. Q: What are the normal check-in and -out times?
Our standard check-in time is 14:00, although you may check-in just as soon as the previous guests have checked-out. Check-out time is 12:00 noon but late check-out is always an option, providing we don’t have other guests waiting to check-in.
Q: How can I contact the villa manager during my stay?
A personal, English-speaking concierge will welcome you upon arrival and act as your villa manager for the duration of your stay. Your villa manager is on-call to answer any queries that you may have and is contactable via a pre-paid villa mobile phone. The villa manager can dispense a full range of services from booking fun excursions to recommending a great Krabi restaurant.
Q: How can I take advantage of additional services?
Additional services can be pre-arranged or booked via your villa manager during your stay – they include a comprehensive selection of optional extras such as personal catering, a range of in-house Thai massage and beauty treatments, laundry service and daily delivery of breakfast and groceries.
Q: Can you take me to the local market for grocery shopping? How much does this cost?
You can use our complimentary Tuk-Tuk service as often as you like within the local area, without charge. Note. This service is not available at ‘Breda Beach’ Villa
Q: Do I need to clean my villa prior to departure?
No, we provide a daily maid cleaning service so that you can totally relax and forget about household chores for the duration of your stay! Please visit the ‘Our Villas’ page for more details on our comprehensive range of services.
Q: Are the villas fully air conditioned?
All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and other rooms have ceiling fans for your added comfort. Q: Can I use my laptop in the villa? Yes - all villas enjoy unlimited free wi-fi.
Q: Do you have hair dryers in the villas?
Every bathroom contains a hair dryer.
Q: Do I need to bring towels or bed linen?
No - fresh towels (including pool towels) and bed linen are provided in every villa.
Q: Is there a washing machine in the villa?
No, however, we do provide a laundry service for an additional charge.
Q: Do you have baby pushchairs/strollers that we can borrow during our stay?
We have a baby cot available, but please bring your own pushchair/stroller.
Q: Do you have a safety box in the villa?
Every bedroom contains a safety box for your peace of mind.

Q: What kind of food can I purchase in the local area if I want to make use of the villa kitchen?
There are several local markets and mini-marts that sell a wide range of local and international products and there is a Tesco Lotus Mall just outside Krabi Town for more extensive shopping. Essentials such as pasta, breakfast cereal, milk, eggs, bread, rice, fruits, vegetables and beer can all be purchased nearby.
Q: Is it safe to drink the water in my villa kitchen?
We do not recommend that guests drink tap water - all villas enjoy a constant supply of complimentary drinking water and ice.
Q: What should I do if I have a complaint?
In the unlikely event of a problem, you should contact your on-call villa manager in the first instance. Your villa manager is dedicated to resolving any issues to your complete satisfaction.
